Construction of Row Houses at Sushant City, Ved Vyas Puri, Meerut

We specialize in constructing built-up houses, independent floors, bungalows, and villas with plot sizes ranging from 128 sqm to 250 sqm. Our recent project involved the construction of 300 row houses at Sushant City, amounting to approximately Rs. 22.50 crores, covering costs for cement and steel. This project commenced on October 4, 2006.

Ansal Landmark Townships (Pvt.) Ltd. in New Delhi, which is an Indonesian-owned real estate company, is spearheading constructions of various types of housing, including bungalows, villas, floor, and houses with plot size varying in between 350-527 sqm. Besides, 300 row houses have also been developed in the Sushant Local Area. At the starting point of October 3rd, 2006 this project was estimated to cost around Rs. 22.50 crores will go to this initiative, designed to expand the options for housing and to enhance urban development throughout the region.
